Hello. My name is Lee, and I've been involved in the Wireless Communications industry for over 10 years.
I've worked for three of the largest wireless providers in the United States, providing technical help, recommending product solutions, and learning the wireless industry inside and out. I've been trained on and apart of many industry leading Certified Mobility programs.
Once upon a time at your local phone store there would be technical staff who were able to troubleshoot and fix your phone, and sales people who were encouraged to help customers find new products and answer a wide range of questions. These days, these retail stores are only there to showcase new products and services to make your bill more expensive. AI customer support, and App Only cashless purchases are becoming the standard and will soon be the ONLY way. There are no trained technicians at the store, and no way to troubleshoot issues without being on hold with outsourced representative for hours on end. I saw a direct need for open and honest in-person phone help with the patience and personalized attention that YOU deserve and without the typical product up-selling and nonsense we've come to expect.
