+ $30 Door-To-Door Service Charge

(Examples) Pairing the phone to your car, Deleting apps, Removing Pop-Ups, Help optimizing the phone...etc.

 

Tier 1) This package encompasses many of the basic help and troubleshooting we see requested. Some requests may be a quick as a few mins, some may take longer based on the performance of your phone.

Tier 2 Requests- $50
 

+ $30 Door-To-Door Service Charge

(Examples) Forgotten password help (Apple ID, Google or Facebook, etc), Help with Messenger, WhatsApp, two step verification issues...etc.

 

Tier 2) This package may require additional verification steps and sometimes will require a wait or hold period of several hours to several days. A reduced cost rate for a follow-up appointment me be required in certain cases.

Tier 3 Requests-
$70 And Up

+ $30 Door-To-Door Service Charge

(Examples) Help switching phone providers, WiFi router/modem solutions, Bill consulting  ....etc.

 

Tier 3) This package is typically a lengthy and time consuming process with several unknowns and variables along the way. This will likely will be a multi hour process, and may require and additional follow-up appointment.

Hello. My name is Lee Casaburi, and I've been involved in the Wireless Communications industry for over 10 years.

I've worked on the ground floor for two of the largest wireless providers in the United States, providing technical help, recommending product solutions, and learning the wireless industry inside and out. I've been trained on and apart of many industry leading Certified Mobility programs.

Once upon a time at cellular retail stores there would be technical staff who were able to troubleshoot and fix your phone, and sales people who were encouraged to help customers find new products and answer a wide range of questions. These days, the retail store is only there to showcase new products and services. Grab & Go and self fulfillment purchases are becoming the standard. There are no technicians, and no way to troubleshoot issues without being on hold with a Care representative for hours on end. I saw a direct need for open and honest phone help without product up-selling and without corporate bias.
